Roger Williams Park Zoo Camp
Roger Williams Park Zoo offers a ten week environmental education summer camp for ages 4-13. Campers explore the natural world, learn about animals and their habitats, and how they can make a difference. Campers will participate in crafts, activities, games, camp songs, and more all revolving around the environment! ZooCamp has three different programs- Tadpole Academy for ages 4 & 5, Summer Adventures for ages 6-10, and Conservation Heroes for ages 11-13. For teens older than 13, apply to be a Counselor-in-training and spend the summer learning leadership skills, playing in camp, and gaining volunteer hours. Camp takes place right at the zoo, in a space set aside just for campers! Zoo tours are a must and some of our animals will come right into the classroom to meet our camp friends.
